We shall not cease from exploration, and the end of all our exploring will be to arrive where we started and know the place for the first time.

Services

I offer many different services to the clients that I help.

  • Are you struggling in your sexual relationship? One of my specialties is sex therapy and I focus on areas such as desire and intimacy issues with couples who are struggling to connect physically and emotionally.

  • Do you need to get unstuck in your professional life? I have helped many figure out next steps with their current or future career.

  • If you are a counselor, do you need a supervisor who can help you navigate the clients that you meet with professionally? I supervise those who have an LLPC in the state of Michigan.

These are just a few of the areas that I enjoy helping others. Feel free to contact me and schedule a free consultation.

My Book

The End of All Our Exploring was written to help others so that they could practically learn how to grow in their relationship with God. For some people, they can often be confused or ambivalent about their faith. Who is God? What is he like? Does he really want to have a relationship with me and if so, how does that work?

The book offers a mixture of my professional experiences as a psychologist and pastor and is stuffed with some amazing stories. It specifically looks at the three stages of faith, the believer, the servant and the friend of God.

My book is for those who want to deepen their relationship with God. If you would like to purchase the book, you can find it here on Amazon.

Podcast

My good friends Rachel Norton, Samuel Jones and I do a podcast on all things marriage.

The themes of the podcast are three-fold. We interview couples and learn from them in how they have grown and healed in their marriages. We also interview counselors who are working with couples in a myriad of different ways. And then sometimes, Samuel and I offer our own insights on trying to figure out what makes marriage work (and what doesn’t work).

We talk about many different issues with marriage ranging from navigating personality differences, the art of apology, pursuing a quality sexual relationship, and many other topics.
