Have questions? Here are some of the typical ones that I am asked.
WHAT ARE THE SERVICES YOU OFFER?
I work with individuals and couples concerning many different issues. Anxiety. Parenting. Marriage or relationship issues. Executive coaching. I have worked within many areas for 25 years and if I am not the best fit or have specialty you require, I can refer you to some of my favorite therapists who have many different areas of expertise.
DO YOU OFFER ONLINE THERAPY?
Definitely. I do all of my counseling via telehealth, speaking with clients via video or phone.
WHAT IS THE COST FOR COUNSELING?
The cost for a fifty minute session is $150.
DO YOU WORK WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES?
To protect your privacy, I don’t work with insurance carriers. However, I’m happy to work with you to provide itemized receipts for your insurance company for partial or full reimbursement for your out-of-network counseling benefits.
WHAT CAN I EXPECT IN THE FIRST SESSION?
You can expect to talk about the concern(s) that brought you into counseling and also about your background and personal history. You can share on a level that feels comfortable for you.
WHAT IS EXECUTIVE COACHING?
Coaching is professional and personal development based on psychology, organizational development, sports, business and spirituality. It's for passionate people who want more from their business and personal lives. A coach helps set larger, more rewarding goals, develops a strategy to achieve them and provides support throughout the process. Think of it as a personal trainer for your business. Goal achievement is something that comes more quickly as a result of the coaching partnership.
